Our employees are encouraged to support causes that make positive impacts in the communities surrounding our operations. In fact, we give 20 volunteer hours annually so they can choose worthy causes that speak to their hearts.
Medallion has built a strong partnership with the KIPP Foundation, which trains and develops outstanding educators to lead KIPP public schools; provides tools, resources and training for excellent teaching and learning; promotes innovation; and facilitates the exchange of insights and ideas across KIPP and other public schools and organizations. KIPP Career Day
We recently hosted a career day for 11th grade students from the program who had an opportunity to listen and interact with several presenters from various departments. We provided them with fun facts about the oil and gas industry and watched them build their very own pipeline. We believe partnerships like this one are essential for students to learn about the different types of career path opportunities in our industry and think about how they can plan for a successful future.
